How long does it take before you’re considered to be “from” Jacksonville? Because I’ve been here 20 years and counting... am I “from” Jacksonville now? Haha, it really doesn’t matter, because I got here way back when from Cleveland, Ohio, and I fell in love with Northeast Florida. I’ve lived in a few different states... my home state of Ohio... also Virginia, Minnesota, and New Jersey... but I liked it best here, so I stayed! I’ve been in radio here in Jax, playing country music for a long time, but I’m now trading my cowboy hat in for a lovely tiara & I’m excited to be on Easy 102.9. If you like to go to events around town, you might just see me out... I love everything... festivals, concerts, sporting events, happy hours, new restaurants. I also love taking monthly road trips around the state to visit friends & different beaches, although it might be a while before I go back to New Smyrna, after my car got towed while there. When I’m home, I love to cook, watch sports and binge watch just about anything, and I do still like going to the movies in a movie theater because it really is the best way to watch them, especially all the Marvel flicks.
