Daylight Saving Time ended yesterday, and if you’re feeling the effects, you’re not alone.
A recent survey found that 69% of Americans say adjusting the clocks impacts their mood, energy, and ability to focus.
Age seems to play a role: 83% of Boomers report feeling the impact, compared to just 54% of Gen Z.
Parents also notice the effects, with 57% saying the time change significantly disrupts their children’s sleep patterns. So if your kids seem a bit off today, that could be why.
Adding to the potential for disrupted sleep, 29% of Americans expect to lose sleep over the upcoming election, while 71% don’t anticipate it affecting their rest.
