Jumbo Shrimp Host National Anthem Auditions

The Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp announced sellout crowd of 10,477 and biggest opening day crowd since 2003 and inaugural game at Baseball Grounds.

The Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp are hosting auditions for individuals and groups interested in performing the National Anthem at their home games during the upcoming 2025 season.

Auditions will take place on February 12, 2025, from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m. at Vystar Ballpark. Registration is now open, and participants should submit a completed registration form to abby@jaxshrimp.com.

Performers from the 2024 season do not need to audition again but must confirm their interest in returning by noting their previous performance.

“We’re proud to spotlight local talent and give individuals and groups from the Northeast Florida community the chance to kick off each game during the 2025 season,” said Harold Craw, Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Jumbo Shrimp. “Their performances are always a highlight of our game nights.”

The season’s opening game is set for April 1.
