St. Augustine, Fla. — St. Johns County is planning to sell some of its old trucks, vans, fire engines, and lawnmowers in an upcoming surplus auction this weekend.
If you’re interested, you can preview the items and review bidding requirements online. Alternatively, you can inspect the items in person on Friday, Aug. 23, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 2416 Dobbs Road in St. Augustine.
The auction will take place at the same location, starting at 8 a.m. on Saturday.
St. Johns County conducts surplus auctions twice a year, selling items that have been approved for disposal by the Board of County Commissioners. Proceeds from the auction will be added to the county’s general fund.
